	Richard Norris Richard, as the owner and director of QIS Packaging, was there at its inception in 1985. A strategic plan for future expansion was initiated when Richard took full control of the company in 1992. Expansion followed with the acquisition of two plastic manufacturing businesses - BJ Packaging in 1998 and Rand Plastics in 2000. The managed integration of these two businesses into our operations has meant that QIS is now a major force in the packaging industry in its chosen markets throughout Australia. Richard has other major business interests in the telecommunication and technology industries, where he provides advice on marketing and technology issues at the board committee level. Richard is married with two sons, and enjoys gardening , computers and watching his boys play sport.
	Lisa Curley Lisa joined QIS Packaging with a comprehensive background in finance and administration. Lisa's involvement with QIS Packaging goes back to its roots in 1985. In her role as the Finance Director she has been instrumental in introducing technology, together with streamlining processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Lisa's success is based on her excellent communication skills and her fundamental understanding of how her role impacts and supports the sales process. Lisa enjoys reading, walking and long chats on the phone with her friends and is married with two boys.
	Julie Hands Ensuring your job runs smoothly and efficiently through our production processes is Julie's prime responsibility. This, coupled with overseeing all artwork produced by our art department has enabled her to develop quality processes and procedures for tracking production for both plastic and paper bags. Julie is married with three daughters and enjoys getting away to the coast with her family.
	Jonathan Norris Jonathan is a member of our web development team. He works to ensure that our website is up-to-date and easy to use. With a proven background in newspapers, advertising, search engine marketing and information technology, Jonathan is a welcome addition to the QIS team.
	Wayne Darwin Wayne's responsibilities involve all aspects of logistics management including warehousing and distribution. Wayne's attention to detail ensures that if your delivery has to go around the corner, or around the globe, it does so quickly and efficiently. Wayne is a car enthusiast and can be found most weekends infront of the television watching motorsport.
	Laraine Uhlmann Laraine looks after our Accounts department where she oversees all aspects of the company's financial management. Her attention to detail ensures that all of your financial dealings with our company are of the highest standard. Laraine has two grown children and is actively involved in her local community.
	Meagan Davies After spending 12 months in Customer Service, Meagan has progressed into the very crucial role of Quotation Co-ordinator within the company. With her experience gained from not only dealing with customers, but also our suppliers, Meagan had solid knowledge in plastics, paper and custom print on these products. A bubble and vivacous young woman, Meagan offers to her customers and suppliers a reliable and efficient service. Apparently she is a world class shopper and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend.
	Megan Lourensen Megan is one of the first points of contact for QIS Packaging. Whether it's answering your phone calls , looking after you when you come in to see us or helping you through the live chats on the website, she will be there for you. Having moved to Brisbane to take up her position with us at QIS, she has made an easy transition and enjoys living and working in Brisbane. We also know that she enjoys working for QIS Packaging and with her work collegues, and the customers that she sees everyday. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, bike riding, bush walking and reading.
	Michelle Appleby Michelle is one of the first points of contact when you contact our office as a member of our customer service team. Michelle has become an integral part of the QIS team during her time with us and her knowledge is second to none. She is bubbly and outgoing and will handle your enquiry efficiently and with good humour.
	Sean Bernard Sean is our Web Developer... He has a Diploma of Multimedia at TAFE and has 5 years experience in Web Development and Multimedia. He has done several websites for some of Brisbane's up & coming bands and his interest include spending time with his girlfriend, music, art and computers.
